Abyss Deck combines hero cards, tactical formations and automatic turn-based battles. Choose who joins the fight, where they stand and what they carry. Follow branching routes, develop your heroes, and turn the loot you find into a plan for the battles ahead.

Drag heroes into the front and back rows, inspect enemy skills and environmental effects, then choose your battle tactic. Position affects target priority, and unlocked special spaces can change the target priorities of basic attacks. Arrange damage dealers, tanks and support heroes, then watch your preparations play out in automatic, turn-based combat.

Shape Your Party with Skills, Talents and Bonds

Level up heroes to unlock skills, passives and awakening abilities. Choose talents that fit your plan, inspect each hero's bonds, and field allies who complement one another. Build around your key members and turn individual strengths into a party that works together.

Equip, Combine and Refine

Drag equipment onto heroes and choose effects that suit their roles. Combine two basic pieces into a new item, or spend crystals at alchemy nodes to refine what you have. Decide whether to invest in your main damage dealer or shore up the party's weaknesses.

Make Every Potion Count

Restore health and mana, protect a key hero with shields and buffs, or weaken an enemy with a curse. Drag potions onto valid targets and decide who needs the supplies most in the battle ahead. Alchemy can also raise potion levels.

Turn Supplies into New Options

Use scrolls to level up heroes, change talents, remove equipment or gain resources. Visit shops to recruit heroes and buy gear, potions and scrolls. Your gold is limited: decide which upgrade matters most, and who can make the best use of it.

Choose Your Next Stop

Find a path through battles, elites, treasure, alchemy, campfires and illustrated events. Rest at a campfire to restore your party's health, or level up one hero instead. Weigh the rewards and costs of event choices, and decide whether your party needs recovery or another opportunity before the next boss.

Change the Battle with Books and Artifacts

Magic books can bring damage, healing and control at the start of a battle or round. Artifacts offer their own benefits, from extra party capacity to attribute and combat bonuses. Travel through pixel-art deserts, mines, coasts and snowy fields, face large bosses that occupy multiple spaces, and adapt your build around new rewards.

Prepare for Your Next Challenge

Choose preparation skills for starting supplies and bonuses. Follow a multi-stage Campaign route and unlock higher difficulties. Once unlocked, push for deeper floors in Endless or rethink your strategy in Fun mode challenges with preset heroes, equipment and resources.
