Free to playSpellsworn
A fast arena battler where wizards shove each other into lava. Pick your spells between rounds, watch the floor shrink, and out-think up to seven rivals in five rounds of chaotic magic duels. Every match is a new build, a new arena, and one more reason to queue again.
Is Spellsworn worth it?
Spellsworn is worth it if…
- you want skill-based PvP where reflexes and reads decide the winner, not loot luck
- you like short, frantic matches you can chain together for one more go
- you enjoy theorycrafting builds and swapping spells mid-match to counter a rival
- you have friends to fill a lobby, since team modes up to 4v4 shine most
- you don't mind learning by doing, because there is no tutorial to hold your hand

Knockback is the real weapon
Spells here deal modest damage, but their knockback is brutal, and the arena is shrinking. Get shoved off the edge and you melt fast, so position matters more than raw power. A Meteor that lands is nasty; a Fireball that sends someone stumbling toward the lava can end them. You can also cancel projectiles mid-flight by colliding spells, or reflect them back with defensive magic. Late in a match, when the safe ground is barely a platform, a single combo can be fatal. It plays like a fighting game wearing robes: footsies, spacing, baiting an escape spell, then punishing.
Build your arsenal between rounds
Each match runs over 5 rounds, and between them you shop. Starting coins buy only a spell or two, so early picks matter: a Fireball, a Blink, something to keep you alive. There are over 30 spells across five disciplines: Offensive, Defensive, Area, Utility and Travel. Freeze someone, then call lightning down. Hook an opponent into range and blast them away. Combos are the point, and adapting your loadout round by round is half the game.
