Counter-Strike rounds from above
Two teams face off on small maps seen from overhead, and the missions will feel familiar. You plant the bomb, guard the hostages, escort the VIP, or just kill everyone in deathmatch and team deathmatch. Rounds pay out for kills and objectives, so you spend that cash on pistols, shotguns, rifles, snipers, grenades and a tactical shield. You check a corner, the fog of war hides what you cannot see, then you trade bursts around a doorway. It is quick, scrappy and easy to read.
Silly weapons and zombie chaos
The arsenal runs past 70 items and gets strange fast. You can swing a machete, wrench or chainsaw, toss a molotov, gas grenade, flare or snowball, call an airstrike, lay anti-personnel and laser mines, or fire a flamethrower, laser, RPG and portal gun. Zombies mode turns it into survival: hold out as a survivor or join the horde and infest everyone else. Special armors help too, with medic and stealth options, plus medikits and bandages that heal on pickup.
Build, mod and run it anywhere
Construction mode hands you walls, turrets, teleporters and dispensers, so you build a base, defend the flag and try to steal the enemy one. The built-in map editor makes new arenas in seconds with its entity and trigger system, and Lua scripting lets you change the rules or add mods with funny hats. Pixel graphics, dynamic lights and an optional top-down 3D look keep it light. It runs on very old machines, online, over LAN or offline against bots.
Good to know?
Can you play it solo?
Yes. You can play offline against Lua-scripted bot AI, which is handy for learning maps and weapons or when servers are quiet. Online and LAN multiplayer are there when you want real opponents.
What do you actually build in construction mode?
Your own little fortress. It mixes shooting with simple base planning.
How big is the arsenal?
Over 70 items. Expect the classic firearms plus close-combat tools, launchers, mines, special grenades, flamethrower, laser and portal gun, along with shields, medic and stealth armors, medikits and money pickups.
