$7.99Squirrel Stapler
You are a lonely hunter with a corpse for a sweetheart and a plan: staple squirrels to her until she is beautiful again. Squirrel Stapler is a short, funny, scary first-person hunt through a colorful pixel forest, full of sneaking, shooting, squirrel facts, and one very angry god.

Sneak, shoot, and staple
You crouch in a bush, wait for a squirrel to sit still, and pull the trigger. Then you carry it back to the cabin and staple it to the corpse on the wall, because that is what love looks like here.
Bigger squirrels need a squirrel call to draw them out. The forest is large and open, scattered with educational squirrel facts, secrets, and notes to collect. You are not the only hunter out there, so watch for larger creatures and vengeful ghosts while a sinister presence reminds you of its one rule about stapling squirrels.
A cheap nature video gone wrong
Everything is styled like a low-budget edutainment tape from the 1990s: bright trees, blocky pixels, cheerful facts about squirrels. Then the panic sets in, the woods turn strange, and the whole hunt slides into absurd psychological horror.
It stays short, under an hour, and never explains itself too much. The tension comes from being watched in the trees, the comedy from how seriously the game takes its ridiculous mission, and the ending from finally getting to meet god. A GIANT SQUIRRELS mode waits after that if you want one more bad decision.
Good to know before you hunt?
How scary is it, really?
Scary in a surreal, jumpy way rather than gory. You spend most of your time sneaking through a bright forest, then the atmosphere turns and something starts hunting back. Expect jumpscares and an ending sequence that gets loud and strange.
Is the hunting tricky?
No, the shooting stays simple on purpose. The skill is in moving quietly, staying low, hiding in bushes, and picking the right moment to fire. A squirrel call helps with the bigger ones, and clear tutorials walk you through the rest.
What kind of funny is it?
Pitch-black and deadpan. The joke is the premise played straight: a man, a corpse, a stapler, and total confidence that squirrels will fix everything. If jokes about corpses, sin, and a judgy forest god sound like your humor, this is your hunt.
