Keep your bums alive
You feed them, shower them, train them and find them a warm place to sleep, like very smelly Tamagotchis. Hunger, cold, hygiene and the weather all work against you, with day, night and seasons that can help or hurt. You start with almost no garbage to build with, so every tent, shower, heater and garden is a choice about what matters most. You put a hot dog in a bum, and the bum puts in a shift.
Fights you prepare, then watch
Fights run on their own. All the clever work happens before anyone throws a punch, when you pick from hundreds of skills and combine techniques so your team covers each other. You recruit hobos, put some to work begging or laboring at camp for no pay, and train the rest on weights and punching bags. Then you take over streets, enter arenas, join gangs or oppose them, and loot alleys for items to equip, craft, eat or trade.
A grim city with silly jokes
The city has 5 districts and over 30 areas to occupy and explore, from a church in the Bible's belt to underground arenas and hidden alleys. The story arrives in hand-drawn comics, and the characters speak in wordless hobo mumble over catchy music. Kids are bosses here, and only the weaker ones. Random events pop up with unknown outcomes, and scarce resources keep the violent encounters coming.
What else should you know?
How do the fights work?
You do everything before the bell. You train stats, choose skills, equip items and pick the team, then watch the bums brawl on their own. Winning comes from preparation: stronger bodies, skills that fit together, and picking battles you can actually survive.
What do you build at camp?
Shelters, showers, training gear, gardens, traps, heaters and workplaces like begging spots. Buildings have upgrades, and garbage is scarce, so you prioritize warmth, food and washing first. You can also hire a builder to improve what you already have.
Where do you find food and resources?
You scavenge areas, grow food, catch rats and birds, craft and trade items, send bums out begging, and conquer streets for a steady flow of supplies. Vendors sell hot dogs and clothes, and arena wins can pay out in food, money and gear.
How big is the world?
There are 5 districts with over 30 areas to explore and claim, plus alleys with random events, organized legal and illegal events, and arenas for competitive fights. Gangs run the streets, and your choices about joining or opposing them shape the story path.
