Learning to slide sideways
There is no finish line to rush for here. You flick the car sideways, hold the angle through the corner, and keep the drift alive for points. Events like Driftkhana and Mountain Drifting score style and control, not speed.
It feels strict at first. The car is twitchy, walls are close, and your tire marks tell on you. Then something clicks and you link one clean slide into the next, watching your ghost and the world-best runs to steal better lines. With 6 customizable drift cars and leaderboards plus replays, there is always a neater run to chase.
White arenas and loud bass
You drift through airports, docks, and a floating metropolis, all drawn in stark white, black, and red. The minimalism helps: with nothing to distract you, every cone, barrier, and corner reads clearly from above.
Free-roam areas hide small tasks between the main events, so you can just cruise, practice slides, and unlock more levels and cars. Over it all runs 3+ hours of clean Drum & Bass and electronic tracks by C41 and Nyte, steady enough to keep you calm while you slide straight into another wall.
What else should you know?
How many cars and levels are there?
You get up to 6 drift cars to drive and customize, spread across 34 levels in three modes: Driftkhana, Drifting, and Mountain Drifting, plus 5 free-roaming areas with their own themes.
Can you just practice without competing?
Yes. Free-Roam lets you slide around airports, docks, and the other areas, complete small objectives to unlock more, or ignore all that and practice holding longer drifts.
Does it compare your runs with others?
Yes. Online leaderboards, replays, and ghost cars let you load a friend's run or the best in the world and learn where they brake, turn in, and hold angle.
What does it sound like?
Mostly the electronic soundtrack: over three hours of Drum & Bass and electronic music by C41 and Nyte. Turn it up and the sliding gets smoother, or at least feels that way.
