Welcome to ForgeShop, an ultimate management simulation game set in a zombie apocalypse! In this exciting simulation experience, you play as a survivor tasked with building and managing your own forge in a world overrun by zombies. Start your forge from scratch, expand step by step, and eventually develop it into a thriving forging hub. Strategically upgrade your shop to accommodate various workshops, research centers, and large storage spaces for the essential resources needed to craft critical equipment.

As a newcomer, haggle with survivors who come to buy to earn your first funds.

Display your crafted gear on the shelves, trading sharp blades and sturdy armor for their trust (and currency), or buy their rare equipment and resell it at a higher price.

Upgrade your shop to earn more.

Invest in NPCs, build a wider workshop, upgrade your furnaces, unlock advanced forging recipes, and make survivors from all across the wasteland flock to your door.

Recruit survivors of different professions and equip them to hunt monsters.

Customize your survivor squad freely, send them to hunt monsters, gather higher-tier materials, and keep reaching new heights.

Dress up and own your world.

Equip yourself with the best gear—from top-tier armor to legendary weapons. You deserve the most dazzling outfit, becoming the most powerful blacksmith and warrior in the wasteland.

ForgeShop is more than just a game—it's an exhilarating simulation that challenges you to hone your skills, face the undead threat, and build the legend of a premier forging workshop in this thrilling doomsday simulator.
