$9.99Gladiator Command Blood, coin and the school of sand
Run a struggling gladiator school in ancient Rome and turn it into a legend. You recruit fighters with their own traits and potential, train them into defenders, duelists or attackers, balance the books and recovery, then watch them fight for real in the arena. Profit and prestige are the score, and every loss is felt.

Running the school behind the bloodshed
Your Ludus is a business first. You manage the training grounds, hire staff, balance finances, and decide how hard to push fighters through training and recovery. Push too aggressively and exhausted or injured gladiators will not last in the sand. Victories bring money and prestige that unlock tougher tournaments and better opportunities, so you are always weighing risk against the budget. Fighters are investments as much as warriors: develop them, sell them on, or risk a valuable name when the reward is worth it.
Recruits in, fighters out
You search for new talent and build a roster around your own plan. Every recruit arrives with different attributes, traits and potential, and what they become is up to you. You develop skills, pick a specialisation, and shape heavily protected defenders, agile duelists, relentless attackers, or specialists who control the arena. Lasting success takes more than one champion, since injuries and circumstance keep thinning the ranks.
Good to know?
Do you fight the battles yourself?
No. Your job is done before the gates open, apart from hoping your defender actually defends.
What does running the Ludus involve day to day?
Recruiting talent, developing skills and specialisations, managing training grounds and recovery, hiring staff, and keeping the finances working. Aggressive training brings faster results but leaves fighters exhausted or injured.
What happens after you win fights?
Every fight still carries consequences for the fighter and the Ludus.
