Building a plane that flies
You snap fuselage parts into a body, place engines for thrust, and shape wings until the thing looks like it belongs in the sky. Then comes the honest part: strap yourself in and fly it. Weight, lift, drag and thrust are calculated continuously, so every decision in the hangar shows up in the air. Push a design past its limits and parts break off in spectacular fashion. Lose a wing and, if your hands are good enough, you can keep flying anyway. The learning curve is rough at first, but it rewards patience: once a jet you drew from nothing holds together and lands in one piece, earlier craters feel worth it.
More than airplanes
The name says planes, the parts bin says otherwise. Nothing stops you from building tanks, helicopters, ships, submarines, race cars, or something too bizarre to name. A player has even built an intercontinental ballistic missile launcher, which says a lot about how few rules there are. Mix parts across vehicle types and each creation handles differently, so testing what you made never gets old. Upload your own builds and climb from bronze builder to gold.
Challenges and open skies
Take your own craft into the cockpit and see how it fares. Challenges ask you to land on aircraft carriers, escort bombers, dodge surface-to-air missiles and race through courses, and they fill hours on their own. Outside of them, the sandbox hands you every part with no restrictions and an open world to fly over at your own pace. Nothing here is timed or punishing: crash, rebuild, try again. Modding is fully supported too, with tools for making your own parts and environments to share with friends and the community.
