Squads built for shoving and synergy
You pick your units before anyone moves a tile. Grabbers drag, Flippers toss, Mortars lob damage from further back, and each one covers for another's weak spots. Then the match is turn-based positioning and timing: hold the control point, or scrap the other squad outright. You watch a plan click when a Grabber holds a robot still long enough for your Mortar to land the hit.
Player-manager life in career mode
Career mode hands you an empty roster and a season-long league. You buy and sell units, tweak their stats, and pick up sponsorships to keep the whole operation running. Wins move you up, losses send you back to the workshop to rethink the lineup. It is the same arena fighting, stretched across a season where your team gets stranger and more yours with every round.
Good to know before you queue?
What modes can you play?
Deathmatch and control, on a rotating set of maps. Both are about placement and focus fire rather than reflexes: deathmatch rewards wiping the other squad, control rewards holding the right tiles.
Is there something new every day?
Yes. Daily challenges give you a random map and a pre-made squad against the AI, with everyone chasing the same leaderboard score. It is a handy way to try unit combinations you would never build yourself.
Can you change how things look?
You can dress up your commander and arena with interactive items, with hundreds of combinations on offer. Tactics stay the same, but at least your robots lose in style.
