You are lonely, so you decide to build a friend from spare bones and organs scattered around the city. Birth is a short, gentle point-and-click puzzle game about that strange errand, told without fuss in soft hand-drawn art. Cute, morbid, and oddly tender.

Building a friend from spare parts
You wander through museums, coffee shops, alleys, flower shops, libraries, markets and bakeries, poking at drawers and displays for bones and organs. Each stop holds a small physics-based puzzle or a strange creature willing to trade, and hidden tokens tucked away unlock extra secrets if you look closely.
The puzzles stay easy and low-pressure, more fiddling and trying things than getting stuck. You gather a rib here, a warm heart there, until you finally get to stitch your companion together. Romance is dead. Long live arts and crafts.
Good to know before you start?
How long does it take to finish?
Around two hours in one sitting, a little more if you linger over every shop and spend time finding all the hidden tokens. It suits a quiet evening rather than a long project.
How hard are the puzzles?
Easy and relaxed. Most solutions come from clicking around and trying things, with a few clumsy physics moments that are more playful than tricky. You will not need a guide.
Does it have dialogue or text story?
Almost none. The story is told through what you collect and where you find it, and through the odd, tender creatures you meet along the way.
Is it scary or gory?
It has bones, organs and light body horror, but the tone stays soft and sweet. Think storybook macabre rather than frightening.
