Buy rooms, decorate them, collect rent
You start with a small apartment in a modest neighborhood. You click a room to open its decorating scene, change wall colors and floors, place furniture and decorations freely, then hit Ready and tenants and customers arrive.
Comfort, property value, and satisfaction rise or fall with those choices, so a warm minimal flat and a playful pizzeria need different touches. Rent comes in, you buy the next place, and the ladder runs from poor districts to elite neighborhoods, then into residences, shops, and large commercial properties. You set prices, handle cleaning and repairs, and reinvest in better furniture and bigger premises.
Shops, cinemas, and messy tenants
Beyond flats, you run cafes, shops, a supermarket, a cinema, a theme park, and an aquapark. You place equipment and staff, expand capacity, and tune the income they bring in, with less fiddly menu work and more focus on the rooms themselves.
A skill tree and badges gate new regions, property types, and business chances, so experience and reputation matter as much as cash. Tenants shower, relax, work, and sometimes leave a mess behind, which is oddly useful when you need cleaning and repair work done. There is no pressure and no combat, just steady decisions in a colorful, cute isometric town.
How does it actually play?
Do you build houses from scratch?
No. You buy ready apartments, houses, and commercial spaces, then work room by room. You pick colors and materials, place furniture freely in a focused scene, and mark the room Ready when it looks right.
What do businesses add?
They add a second income stream beside rent. Cafes, shops, and larger venues such as cinemas and aquaparks earn money once furnished and staffed, and you can expand capacity to raise what they bring in.
How do you unlock better neighborhoods?
Through experience, skills, and badges. Higher zones ask for progress first, so completing repairs, cleanings, and other goals matters before you can buy into luxury districts.
