Run, gun and refuse to die
This is a run-and-gun platformer in the old arcade style: you move fast, shoot in every direction and never stop. You jump, hover, crouch and dash, and the dash attack gives you a moment of invincibility, so the trick to surviving is weaving through bullets while keeping your own fire going. The controls are responsive and honest, which matters, because the game is hard in the way old games were hard. Levels are short and deadly, filled with enemies on the ground and in the air, plus traps, fire and spikes. A first attempt at a stage can look impossible. A few tries later the patterns click, and clearing it feels earned.
Weapons, riches and babe statues
As you fight through stages you collect points and treasure from kills, and at the babe statues you spend them. Four unlockable weapons wait there, each with its own firing pattern, so choosing what to carry becomes part of the strategy when a room fills with clustered enemies. There are special attacks too, fueled by mana you spend along the way. The arsenal gets properly silly: one gun fires bouncing rounds that ricochet around a room until everything in it stops moving. Enemies burst into pixel gore when you land a good run of shots, and blowing up buildings with demons still inside is exactly as satisfying as it sounds.
