Racing where everything breaks
Every track is built to come apart. Fences splinter, tire walls explode, billboards go flying, and your car takes visible, lasting damage: crumpled panels, a limping engine, handling that gets worse the harder you get hit. The physics engine behind it drives ragdoll animations and a detailed collision model, so a bad landing can send your driver through the windshield and skidding across the asphalt. You race 36 tracks against seven rivals, on asphalt, dirt, mud and ice, and every shortcut, jump and rammed barrier is fair game. Win all of them, because if you're not first, you're last.
Stunts, derbies and minigames
When the racing gets too sane, FlatOut turns its wildest mechanic into a sport. Six minigames use the driver-through-the-windshield gag as the whole point: High Jump, Long Jump, Darts, Bowling, Bullseye and Clown, where you fling a ragdoll driver at a target and hope the physics cooperate. There are also six destruction arenas and dirt tracks, including Demolition Dash and Super Mud Mayhem, for pure smash-em-up derby chaos. Add multiplayer and you have the perfect setup for taking turns launching each other at a bowling pin set.
