History, remixed on one sandbox map
Pick a civilization: Chinese dynasties, Rome, Persia, Vikings, Britain. Each plays differently, with its own units, functions and wonders to build once you hold the right territory. From the first farm tile your civilization starts writing its own chronicle, gathering resources, upgrading the main city and raising armies on a shared sandbox map.
The fun part is the crossover. Bai Qi and Octavian can defend the same city wall, and a Mongol heavy cavalry charge can meet crusader lines centuries out of place. Every battle is a fork in history you get to steer. Wars run in seasons, with sieges and cross-server fights for cities and, in the end, the top throne.
